Dr. Schultz was an instructor of State oil and gas regulators with TopCorp and was appointed to membership on the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission. Formerly with ConocoPhillips as Principal Geomechanicist and the University of Nevada, Reno, as Foundation Professor of Geological Engineering and Geomechanics (now Emeritus), Dr. Schultz is a licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Texas (#11755). Primary work is on safety and reliability of Underground Natural Gas Storage facilities and oil-and-gas fields, including risk identification and mitigation, and regulator engagement. I have been retained in nationally prominent cases of natural gas related subsurface integrity and can opine in the areas of geology, geomechanics, and subsurface risking.
