Dr. Stark is in full-time practice in internal medicine and cardiology. He is past-president of the Connecticut Society of Internal Medicine, and currently teaches on the clinical faculty at New York Medical College.
For 10 years, Dr. Stark served on his state’s Medical Malpractice Claims Review Panel, assisting in evaluating the merits of new claims. He has also served as an expert witness, for both plaintiff and defense, in state and federal jurisdictions. Over the past 20 years, he has given deposition and trial testimony in approximately 100 cases.
Dr. Stark’s service on his hospital’s Ethics Committee has given him some special and unique insights into the complex issues of end-of-life care and resuscitation.


Diagnosis and treatment of angina, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection and complications arising from anticoagulation with heparin, coumadin or warfarin.
