About the Expert

I have been pleased to work with either defendants' or plaintiffs' attorneys and pharmaceutical manufacturers to review all records in relevant cases to include progress notes of all outpatient visits, hospitalizations, laboratory tests, biopsy reports, X-rays, and any transcripts of depositions if any. I can interpret tests in the context of the clinical histories and examinations in the charts. I can write a report of my findings for the attorney as we help to decide whether it is meritorious to proceed with a suit or if a settlement may be justified. If the attorney prefers to discuss a case in detail instead of in writing, then that can be done by telephone or in person. I am comfortable reviewing and advising on cases of both benign inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and malignancies as well as the complications that may occur from the drugs and procedures used to treat them.
