Expert's Profile

With over 20 years in practice, both clinical experience and a wealth of laboratory and diagnostic experience, my particular set of skills can come in handy when reviewing laboratory data, including a variety of blood tests. That being said, my strength is in the evaluation of surgical pathology, dermatopathology and cytopathology specimens of all sorts where I have an analytic approach and keen eye for diagnostic nuances as well as a deep understanding of the different machinations that befall the laboratory practice setting, both in the hospital and in the private laboratory and as it applies to the clinical practice of medicine.

I apply the data extracted from the laboratory and put into operation any pertinent clinical information presented to reach an accurate diagnosis; this clinical data may include clinical descriptive data, clinical lab testing data, images, photographs as well as radiologic data (x-rays, CT scan, ultrasound, etc.). I am also a resourceful gatherer of information, thereby providing the data needed to pursue a case and may be of assistance with strategizing approaches to a particular case during discovery.

I have been involved in blood lead test testimony, as well as diagnostic error testimony and deposition for both the plaintiff and the defense. My expertise may also be instrumental with class action litigation.

Lastly, I hold myself to the highest standards and where a case is meritorious I will adamantly assist in reaching a successful outcome, but will also inform my client where and when a case has no such distinction.

For these reasons and my constellation of skills, the clients who have experience with me see me as a valued asset in medical-legal cases.

Let me know how I can help.
