His nationwide practice has focused on groundwater and surface-water contamination, stormwater runoff, flooding, erosion, and sediment transport/deposition. He has been retained as an expert in a number of cases, providing objective technical advice, expert reports and opinions, peer reviews, site inspections and sampling, calculations, computer modeling and demonstrative evidence, drone reconnaissance, and depositions/testimony, as required. In addition, Dr. Connors is a retired educator who taught university-level hydrology, hydrogeology, computer modeling, geology, and geophysics, and served in academic leadership roles that included Faculty Senate President and interim Dean and Research Vice President. While in academia, he received Teaching Excellence, Outstanding Service, and Humanitarian Service awards, two Faculty Member of the Year awards, and three Mortar Board Top Prof awards.
