Jeffrey A. Penza, AIA, LEED AP is a 1982 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning. In practice for over 30 years, Jeff is established as an expert in the restoration and adaptive redevelopment of historic structures. His project experience encompasses a broad range of commercial, institutional and residential buildings, places and spaces.
