Testing and Monitoring Services

JC Consulting provides in situ and off-site testing and monitoring services for new and existing construction. These are provided when there is a need to determine as-built or existing conditions for load capacity evaluations or to determine probable causes of distress for both residential and commercial structures. Conditions monitoring is typically provided when altered conditions are anticipated.

Full-service material sampling and testing is carried out in association with nationally renowned material testing agencies. JC Consulting will provide project oversight, including selection of tests and samples, procurement of material samples and evaluation of test results. Results are supplemented, where requested, with full structural analyses and visual inspections.
