Research and Development

JC Consulting provides research and development engineering services to clients seeking to expand their knowledge in the application, use and limitations of new and existing materials and building systems. Through involvement at the international level at the front end of building technology, JC Consulting undertakes basic research and testing to enlarge current engineering practices.

Sample areas of past work has included development of storm surge load criteria, collation and application of state-of-the-art wind engineering knowledge, participation in the creation of building and material codes and standards, impact analysis and testing, development of vibration and dynamic tests specifications to evaluate new cable systems and in situ testing of new construction methods for telecommunications.
