Repair and Rehabilitation Design

JC Consulting provides specialized engineering design, testing and construction services for rehabilitation of older properties, repairs following damage from fire, hurricane, flood or other extreme event, and strengthening to accommodate new code requirements or change-of-use projects. These are provided as part of condition evaluation, testing, monitoring, design, contract administration and project advisory services. As these services are available directly from JC Consulting, a seamless package of services can be provided to clients. This is particular useful for smaller projects seeking to maintain tight control over the overall program and costs.
