Project Advisory Services

JC Consulting offers to clients project advisory services including A/E and contractor evaluation, program and contract management, and design and construction evaluation and assessment. This includes risk reduction through engineering review of QA/QC procedures, contracts and specifications to provide a higher level of confidence in repair, rehabilitation, or new construction.

For overseas projects, additional evaluation of individual and corporate local and national capabilities in design, fabrication, supply and construction may be undertaken in the host country to provide greater assurance in overseas abilities to meet agreed standards as these relate to built facilities. Particular attention is given towards ensuring that proposed design specifications are compatible with these capabilities.
