You, the expert, represent and warrant to Advice Company that you are the owner of all copyrights, trade marks and similar proprietary rights to all material that you are or will be posting on one or more Advice Company websites, and such material does not infringe any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary right, or any other right, of any third party, and you grant to Advice Company (and its successors) a non-exclusive, royalty free license to publish and make derivative works from such material for a period of 17 years from date of initial publication on an Advice Company website.
