Tom Bowler has thirty-three years of experience teaching elementary physical education. In addition, he has supervised student physical education teachers in training for six and one-half years at the elementary, middle school and high school levels as a university supervisor.
Mr. Bowler has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in "the application of tort law to physical activity" and "sport, physical education, athletics and the law". He has given seminar presentations to the New York State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and the Gloucester County Bar Association (New Jersey).
Mr. Bowler is certified as a Certified Playground Safety Inspector by the National Recreation and Park Association. He is also certified by the National Program for Playground Safety located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. He has been involved in approximately 295 litigation matters within the last 18 years.
